Yesterday evening we went for a Karaoke (also Kara OK, or KTV) evening with Frank and his friends. Many Chinese choose a western name to make communication with us easier, and this is very helpful. So the real names of our Chinese friends were: Wenwen Fong , Hongxia Zhao, Lu Kong and Qiang Hua Zhao alias Frankie.

The big difference between Western and Chinese Karaoke bars is that in Chinese bars there are many separate rooms, so you can have great private parties. And that is just what we had. Charles and I even sung in Chinese.
