At last a normal cycling day.

In order to avoid the killing heat, we left at 7.00 am this morning. Temperature 27° only, the coldest so far. No wind to start, tailwind after a few hours. This is the first time we have good winds since more than 1000 km.

For the records: 129 km at a good speed through the desert, not one single village nor gas-station on the route. Just nothing, and if I say nothing, I mean NOTHING!

From the medical point of view, everybody is doing better, except for some minor digestion problems for some of us.

Nico and I swapped our bicycles; my seating position is much better now, I have almost no pain in my wrists anymore.

My moral is going up; hopefully the temperatures will not do the same.
