The sky was so grey this morning, I didn’t want to get out of bed at all.

Useless to say, that it was raining again.

Breakfast at 10 only: Hamburger with a lot of cheese, and a warm smile of the waitress, who didn’t speak any other language than Bulgarian. What makes thinks a bit more complicated, while discussing with arms and legs: In Bulgaria one shakes it’s head to say yes, and nods to say no. Good fun!

Once again started with a climb, up to Borovets, a ski resort at 1400m  (same height as the Brenner pass)
Rain as usual, and f…ing cold! 9° only. I almost felt like at home….

Then good surprise:
Gravity is my friend!
From 1400m down to 300
With strong wind from behind this time

And, after 4 ½ hours of tooth-rattling and shaking, I stop in Pazardzik.

Average speed 23.2 km/h, nice change from yesterday

This was rather unexpected
