Sunrise at the Bodensee

Early start this morning, the day was expected to be hot. Effectively my cycling computer showed me 36. ° this afternoon.

Starting in Ludwigshafen, I cycled for hours around the Bodensee. I´ve never seen as many people on bicycles! They were hundreds and hundreds. Many with luggage. I guess they went for a complete lap around the lake. This should be some 200 km.

This was a long day: 143km for 7 1/2 hours in the saddle. My idea war to go as far as possible, because tomorrow will be a different story.

Upon studying the map. I finally decided to cross the alps via the Brennerpass. I know it will be crowded, but I hope it will not be as steep as other passes.

But, before, tomorrow, there will be Arlbergpass (1800m) up to St Anton. Caanot take the tunel, unfortunately.....

So, Tomorrow I´ll try to go as far as possible direction Innsbrück, before the big Alps traverse next day
